Chelsea Tayui donates Van to Klicks Africa Foundation to support children with autism

Miss Universe Ghana 2020 Queen, Chelsea Tayui has donated a mini Van to the Klicks Africa Foundation to support children with autism.

According to the queen, she has observed that some of the Children in the school needed a safe method of transportation thus her inspiration to support the foundation with a Mini Van.

Speaking to the Queen, “upon my arrival at the school some months ago, I observed that some of the children in the school needed a safe method of transportation, going to and from school. The CEO of the foundation Aunty Mary has a long list of children waiting to be enrolled in her school due to transportation financial issues of certain families. Public transportation is a directly unsafe method of transportation for children with autism because it easily positions them as easy targets for harm, maltreatment, malice, and wickedness.”

She added that “through word of mouth, fundraising, and donations from everyone who is supporting me to eradicate the stigma of autism, I was able to raise enough funds to purchase this van and brand it! I am so excited because this will change the lives of these students with autism! I am not only their voice, I am also their action. Blessed to be afforded with this opportunity”
