VGMA22: Kidi crowned first winner of ‘Best Afrobeats/Afropop Artiste’ category

Lynx Entertainment’s star boy, Kidi has won the first-ever ‘Best Afrobeats/Afropop Artiste’ award at the 22^nd Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) held at the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Center (AICC) on Saturday, June 26th, 2021.

The ‘Best Afrobeats/Afropop Artiste’ category is one of the new categories Charterhouse introduced for this year’s event.

The event is streaming live on TV3, Soundcity TV, The Base TV, Rok Ghana on DSTV & GOtv in Africa, and worldwide via the internet on MTVbase and on Ghana Music Awards social media pages.
