 Ghana’s Rose Yeboah Sets NCAA High Jump Record, Paris 2024 Bound

Ghanaian athlete Rose Yeboah has qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games by setting a new national record in the women’s high jump with a leap of 1.97m.

 

This achievement took place at the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon, where Yeboah also set multiple records including the NCAA, collegiate, and school records.

 

Her performance marks the highest jump ever recorded in the history of American college sports. Yeboah is also a two-time gold medalist in the high jump at the African Games.
