Davido becomes most followed African artiste with  20M followers on Instagram 

Renowned Afrobeat singer, Davido Adeleke reaches a milestone like no other African artiste as he hits 20 million followers on Instagram.

The singer who recently gained more popularity after featuring in one of Hollywood’s biggest movie sequel, Amazon Original’s Coming Back to America 2, and also linking up with American billionaire singer, Drake.

Davido who is known to always mention the phrase 20 Million in his songs has, in reality, hit the mark of a whopping 20 million fan base on Instagram account making him the first African artiste to reach that number.

His music colleagues like Wizkid and Burna Boy, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Cassper Nyovest who are equally big in the entertainment industry have these followers on Instagram; 12 million, 6 million, 4.4 million, 3.6 million, 4.5million,  respectively.
