Sarkodie and Shatta Wale’s lawyer, Cynthia Quarcoo passes on at age 52

As a prominent lawyer and legal luminary, she played a pivotal role in Ghana’s music and entertainment industry, representing renowned artists such as Sarkodie, Samini, Dagaati, and Reggie Rockstone.

Her untimely death at the age of 54 has left a significant void in the legal and entertainment sectors.

She was also the founder of Africa 1 Media and Entertainment which focused on Creative Arts, Entertainment, Media and Sports industries, with services including but not limited to Talent Management, Legal and Business Advisory as well as Financial and Investment Advisory.

Cynthia Quarcoo’s client roster included some of Ghana’s most influential music icons. She also provided legal representation to Shatta Wale in his ongoing case with his former manager, Bull God until her demise.

A number of entertainment personalities took to social media to express their shock at the news.
