“You want to use rap to rubbish the pain ofYvonne Nelson hits back at Sarkodie after ‘Try Me’

Actress Yvonne Nelson has taken to Twitter to call out rapper Sarkodie hours after the latter shared a new song.

Sarkodie in his new song “Try Me” denied forcing Yvonne Nelson to have an abortion as claimed by the actress in her memoir.

“You told me you were schooling so you needed to complete it but till today, I don’t believe it. I told you to let my doctor take care of you and you sent a text later that your friend has recommended one of the best doctors…

“So don’t you make it seem like I was the one pushing you for abortion. Baby girl make you no try me”, part of his lyrics reads.

In the song, the rapper also said that the actress left out details from her memoir, including several men she had affairs with.

“I never thought I was going on this wave, cause I was ready to take a couple of things to my grave. First of all, let me clap for you baby you are brave but you can’t pick and choose what to say pls behave, nobody sent you so Ohemaa if you want to talk, you have to tell the world every n*gga that you f*cked” Sarkodie rapped.

However, in response to Sarkodie’s “Try Me” lyrics, Yvonne criticized the rapper for ‘being disrespectful’ and trying to use rap to downplay the pain she suffered as a young woman.
