DFA Fashion reality show searches for Africa’s next big fashion designer
Design Fashion Africa (DFA) is looking for Africa’s next big fashion designer with the new reality show dubbed DFA My Fashion Line.
The goal of the reality show is to provide mentorship and an audience for the designers while searching for the ultimate winner, who will get a grant worth $10,000.
To stand a chance of being selected to be part of the DFA My Fashion Line reality show, upload a two minutes video of yourself introducing your fashion line and your best designs.
Post the video online with the hashtag #DFAMYFASHIONLINE whiles following @dfafricaonline.
The 2021 winner stands the chance of winning a grant worth $10,000 and support from one of the biggest fashion platforms in Africa, training, and mentorship from some of the finest African designers at the DFA Academy, and an opportunity to showcase your own line at the DFA Fashion show.
To be selected as a contestant you should possess pattern cutting and sewing skills.
